Rhondale has spent his career in Wealth Management, managing assets for high-net-worth clients and leading teams of investment management professionals. Rhondale currently leads a team of Reserve and GenSpring Investment Managers that focus on constructing investment strategies that reflect their clients’ personal goals, beliefs and dreams for themselves and the next generation.

In addition to his experience at Truist, Rhondale had prior experience as a Market Investment Executive at Bank of America Private Bank. Prior to that he structured and managed investment portfolios for high-net-worth clients and institutions at Bank of America Private Bank and PNC Private Bank.
