In her role, Monica cultivates and stewards relationships with planned giving prospects, existing donors, and estate and financial planning professionals to help secure and retain gifts that advance the organization's life-saving mission. She also serves as a resource for planned and charitable giving strategies, as well as the full range of programs and services the American Cancer Society offers to patients, caregivers, and their families.\n \nMonica maintains current knowledge of estate planning techniques, charitable giving vehicles, applicable tax laws, and trends in philanthropy, allowing her to provide practical, well-informed guidance to donors and professional colleagues alike.
